Tribunals Demand
Justice from the Company and our philosophical basis.
“We bear duty of the State.”
You have repeatedly seen this declaration from the Company.
It is a profound statement, an exhortation, even a ninja jumon (呪文) that cruelly informs and structures the vision, mission, and work of our officers, leaders, and men through the various noncooperative arenas and theaters of the Third World War.
This Duty of the State has been covered at a high level in this Substack. It engages and drives far more than mere voting, assumption of responsibility, or repeated reminders to men of where their efforts and accountabilities must lie:
When Atlas shrugs, you must catch the Earth.
A dreadful responsibility, is it not?
How terrible, how quintessentially titanic this effort must be, if it is to have any hope of sustainable longevity in this dark world of ours.
Justice is the most important aspect of safety and security.
It is simple enough to exhort and gather, organize and lead, order and drive men into militant or even military confrontation with the intent of unchecked slaughter as the most extreme measure of ground dominance possible.
But even those bloody circumstances where thundering advance of atrocity at scale evolves to transformation of monopolized hegemony, accountability to conscience and what the Declaration of Independence refers to as “a decent respect to the opinions of mankind” cannot be abandoned.
Atrocities must be punished, whether the pit-slaughters of naked and emaciated civilians in nameless forests or the mass medical genocide at the start of this dreadful decade and entry into the Age of Militants.
That is in the best of times; these are now rapidly becoming the worst of times, as I and the Company and our Executive Cadre have foreseen for many, many years.
In this Substack channel we have also broken down and examined, severally and to introductory depth of degree, the important triune pillars of the State. Collapse or failure of those pillars lead to the rotted degradation of State legitimacy - and most importantly they accelerate the critical dissipation of barrier to entry by other non-state actors to take up the Mandate of Heaven and deliver color of authority:

Today we are going to examine the Tribunals we have prepared for launch this November on Election Day in the United States.
We will discuss what the Tribunals are, and what they are not.
We will review how the Tribunals operate, and how they do not.
We will share where the Tribunals focus, and where they will not.
Most importantly we will look at the philosophical basis of the Tribunals, and why the Company has determined and dared to bring this powerful and important aspect of the State forward into reality under authority of the Standard.
It is our duty, after all.
This post is not an end-all, be-all elaboration of the full jurisprudential knowledge base, philosophical foundation, and executory framework for the Tribunals. Those will be forthcoming at launch. Today we’re going to provide you with some crucial understandings that strip away lurid drama, wild expectation, and other inappropriate postures that do not befit maturity on behalf of either the common man or the disciplined militant.
Understand the gradients that engage and inform the work of justice!
There is gradient between the conscience of Men and the grace of Heaven;
There is gradient between summary military power and magisterial meekness;
There is gradient between obstinate refusal to talk and standing orders of execution.
Do you understand these things not only from your perspective as a reader, but from that of the Company charged with full explication of duty of the State?
Think things through;
Examine full extrapolations!
Our exhaustive burden to catch and carry the Earth following this titanic shrug of collapsing culture and civilization; our exorcism of dead loyalties to rotted States among men with capacity, coherence, and competence; this burden is enormous.
If the Hard Right wants a future other than to be that of murdered beggars who failed to coalesce, form ranks, and fight as one force against the Adversary and the legions of sick, totalitarian monsters that prance today in your parliaments and courts and executive offices; it will pay full and careful attention here.
As surely as Project Silver Talent stands forth as our primary line of professional effort to address and fulfill demand for sustenance and provision within that duty of the State, so too the Tribunals are incipient fulfillment of demand for safety and security in the form of justice as the necessary foundation for active hegemony of force.
Therefore we must examine a milieu; an ascension path; a ladder of concepts and methods for you to truly understand how the the Tribunals are conceived and implemented by Throne Dynamics and our Risk Division Authority.
First, however, let’s dispel any romance or drama associated with wild fantastic ideations of cinematic glory from inexperienced minds and unseasoned hands.
The Tribunals are not a vehicle for execution of officers of the State; not yet.
The Tribunals are not a court to pass judgement on crimes of War; not yet.
The Tribunals are not a panel to adjudicate armed conflicts; not yet.
“Ivan, not yet implies that they are headed there!”
Quite right.
We are glad you perceive that with all shock as appropriate.
Once again think this through with full extrapolations.
Justice must extend the entire gamut of conflict scenarios, must it not?
Your conscience certainly observes the full spectrums of conduct, does it not?
History will pitilessly judge across all it witnesses and records, will it not?
Therefore the Tribunals must also fit with proper and appropriate posture within and fully through all aspects of the gradients we have outlined, and serve with pure heart from the lowest stage of justice to the highest extrapolation and most severe of circumstances.
That is the Way, and it can be learned.
Remember the ninja admonition I have given to you, over and over where the work of the Company and history and the grave efforts of militants to deliver them are concerned:
It has to be real.
That’s also a jumon, a spoken exhortation that fools call incantations and militants call vows where the work of consciously, deliberately shifted history is made extant.
Now let’s look at the ascension path of justice; it has several operating demands amid the escalatory milieus in which it is applied:
Communication
Negotiation
Mediation
Arbitration
These range from the first white flag, to gunfire through men who face walls.
We are starting with a digestible framework here, and communication is among the most important parts of justice. It must be consumable, comprehensible, self-evident, and many other qualities appreciable by the very least of common men where capacity, coherence, and competence are evidenced.
The Nine Laws is directly clear about communication:
When speech is silenced, and men cannot openly challenge each other and work out conflict and ideas in open forum, consciences curdle and hatred stews and violence is planned.
Communication is where the Tribunals find genesis.
Communication begins with the basis for both offense and complaint.
This means communication of philosophical basis, gently presented here in this Substack post. It means elaboration of tenets; declaration of principles; presentation of intention; and all the other formal necessary exhibitions of legitimacy that are incumbent upon both States and those who seek to penetrate the thin, torn membrane of barrier to entry that today is observed by non-state actors with both grim intent and dreadful responsibility towards those whom they fully serve.
Men must all be aware; those who develop and represent the knowledge bases and extant structures of justice above the level of States must recognize the full posture and find it valid, according to observance of decent respect for their opinions.
Negotiation is where the Tribunals commence.
Negotiation begins with the basis for both notice and investigation.
This means actual engagement in the procedural basis of justice, delivered here in this post to inform Men of the intended and expected, planned and delivered foundation of jurisprudence built upon trust that comes from exhibition of what the ninja simply refer to as magokoro (真心) or “purity of heart”.
Men must witness; those who are engaged in communication within our Age of Militants on the fearful questions and terrible choices of hierarchy, order, and beauty demand hope based on truth and knowledge of truth.
Mediation is where the Tribunals engage.
Mediation begins with the basis for both recognition and determination.
This means full commencement of the mechanisms of justice, presented and performed amid parties in conflict, where communication has broken down; traction is misguided; and combative posture interferes with mutual pursuit of justice as direct interests deviate Men from the Way.
Men must experience; those on the Hard Right who struggle and squabble, fuss and forestall amongst their very own assets; individuals, organizations, and institutions that have placed their interests above their mission and duty require both firm hand of intervention and guided opportunity to close gaps of both direction and outcome.
Arbitration is where the Tribunals deliver.
Arbitration begins with the basis for both authority and decision.
This means complete commitment of fealty, cruelty, and majesty across the entire suite of gradients related to procedural and enforcement mechanisms, through each level of encounter, engagement, and execution of decision on behalf of that justice which must be fully delivered and recognized by Men on Earth under Heaven.
Men must adhere to the judgment of any tribunal for the validity of its ascertainments and findings, declarations and pronouncements, orders and sentences to be valid across the full array of human experience under color of authority.
The formal definition of “tribunal” is not one of drumhead military authority that exercises summary judgment with frightening aspect of court-martial and shooting. It is far more powerful than this.
Ultimately a tribunal is an entity that decides and determines in a court or forum of justice; thereby the Company has chosen this convention of title for the Tribunals in recognition of both the kanjin kaname (肝心要) “essential essence” of the concept, and the full flower of it expressed at Nuremberg with concomitant recognition of all its errors of human frailty and deviations by desire for power and vengeance.
The full human condition must be addressed.
Communication, negotiation, mediation, and arbitration are the evolutionary ascendance of philosophical basis and executory delivery of the Tribunals by the Company.
Each one brings with it extreme demand for operational excellence (“OpEx”) in both purity of heart and full explication of duty as professional builders, fighters, and leaders of the Company, Executive Cadre, Faction Leaders, and the Movement.
The Tribunals are not derived from extant legal systems, any more than sharia, halakha, or ecclesiastical courts are founded on the corrupt, partisan, and blisteringly idiotic quasi-religious tribunals of today’s totalitarian regimes within the rotted and collapsing criminal governments of the West.
Do you on the Hard Right have any respect for the communications of your courts?
Do you on the Hard Right observe any integrity in the negotiations of your courts?
Do you on the Hard Right place any trust in the mediations of your courts?
Do you on the Hard Right witness any justice from the arbitrations of your courts?
Men in England are imprisoned for waving the flag of England!
Women in America are shot in your Capitol without even official remonstrance!
Do you believe that justice is embodied by your rotted States?
Do you believe that voting harder will restore justice from corruption?
Do you believe that fealty to criminals will produce either justice or mercy?
The Tribunals are demanded.
Atlas has shrugged, and the Company has stepped forward with full awareness of the existential, terrible weight of duty that accompanies this shouldered burden!
It is not about chasing down individual adversaries, either yours or ours.
It is not about proclamations of power, but acceptance of the full gradient of duty.
It is not about imitation of the State, rather full seizure of mandate as it falls.
The Hard Right must cease black-pilled cynicism for capacity of communication.
The Hard Right must stop screamed point of fingers for coherent negotiation.
The Hard Right must end mulish separatism for competent mediation.
The Hard Right must terminate petulant amateurism for accepted arbitration.
Therefore the Company stands forth and calls Men to shape themselves.
Therefore our Project Silver Talent drives Men to own things and be proud.
Therefore the Tribunals launch early this November as our duty of the State.
In the several weeks and few months to come between that day and today, the Company is deep into construction and array of formal delivery for this philosophical basis, by decent respect to the opinions of men, and in accordance with the fundamental tenets of international humanitarian law (“IHL”), international human rights law (“IHRL”), and the Geneva Conventions that serve as important underpins of strata for this work.
To give grave simplicity and understanding of the full scale of this gradient, we will simplify IHL, IHRL, and the Conventions to the most basic expression that each of you have heard; each of you will understand; and each of you will smile upon when you think all the way through and extrapolate fully what this means:
The laws and customs of war.
Let this post today inform and inspire, educate and advance justice in your mind and heart and hand! Let them all turn forward to the choice of a future seized by right.
Think well on these things; appreciate the depth and weight of this duty and responsibility; and observe the measure and tread of the Company in our work.

Know your utilitarian measure in this Age of Militants!
Accept in full your directed capacity and coherence as a builder, fighter, and leader in these dreadfully dangerous times of deranged and imminent overthrow, of all that our prior generations have brought to this immediate point of avalanched collapse.
We have built full path forward for the common man with total awareness and adherence to these principles, in full comprehension of both duty and sacred purpose:

But above all things, know your worth and uphold your demand for justice.
Justice will continue to spiral as your regimes plummet to consequence long deserved.
Goods and services will continue to increase in scarcity as economies falter and fail.
Hatred of your heritage and legacy will inflame as your adversaries face deserved ends!
This is how it is; this is how it has always been.
With full trust in God and the plan of the Divine, put on the whole Armor of God:
…that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Come under the Standard and aegis of the Company!
We do not equivocate nor hesitate in our sacred purpose of absolute victory.
We are the vanguard of the Hard Right, and we hold true to the winner’s road:
No parley, no quarter.
Think well on these things.
Think them all the way through.
Then, my friend, do what Heaven demands:
Get up and walk.
