Wow, talk about synergy. I'm not sure what to make of things. Too many columns have been hitting home for me, Mr. Throne. Your posts lately have been where my mind is leading. I'm not necessarily a fighter but building suits me.
I just reviewed your Raw Human Capital results, and the fighter/leader indicia are high. Unsurprising considering that you're here with both assertive emplacement and explicit words personal context related to leading....
I’m sick of people saying that we can’t do anything. How about if we don’t show up to the library in June at all when they are having national perversion month in front of the children?
Don’t you think they would have to stop all that sickness if people just did not participate?!
If you see some freak at the cash register, go to another one. I’ve seen too many people just ignore the freaks instead of actively making it clear that they will not interact with them. This is complacency.
There was a lot we can do even the little things. Not only can boycott, but we can also call up the company or email them and say well you want to be a pervert I’m not having anything to do with your company at all ever.
We have to get people to start doing that at the very minimum . It’s a start.
Good ideas, but not technically militant. This is why I am badgering our host for clarification before signing onto anything
I've boycotted the entire public school system with my family. Which is rather more aggressive than not showing up for Abomination Storytime. But it is not technically militant, as it is currently legal. (Homeschooling was illegal a few decades ago.)
Militant would be stoning any drag queen who tries to pervert the children.
While tempting, I'm not ready to go there while less risky measures remain.
I am really glad you stopped sending your kid to public school. I would never put my child in public school right now. I’m a former teacher and I’ve seen every terrible thing you can imagine.
It was not a nonsensical criticism, it was a demand for clarification. Your words could be interpreted as taking a stupid path -- or not.
Your mention of 19 year delay speaks of "not." Curiosity grows.
Let us keep in mind, however, that the signers of the Declaration of Independence represented *governments* which had been around for well over a century. The American colonies had varying degrees of independence. After spending much treasure and blood defending these mostly independent colonies, the British government wanted compensation. The colonial governments voted No.
In our day we have a theoretical constitutional republic which could use improvement, but isn't terrible. But in reality there are an assortment of players which have gamed the rules of our republic to our detriment. If you are going to "war" against these players, then I am all in. If you are going to war [no quotes] against the might of the state with your Company, you need to prove that you have true Bond Villain levels of resources before anyone above dumb henchman level gets on board.

Well met, and welcome aboard.
There's more coming in the days ahead!

Public school was at times traumatic for me back in the 70s. My kid has never
been in one.
While there are downsides to home schooling, there are also opportunities for
superpowers. How many public school attendees get to write a million words of
fiction before graduation?
And the history books are full of people who went all in on a subject while
young. Wokism aside, the notion that you must master all the generalities before
going deep on your passion is poisonous. The woo-woo stuff we call liberal
arts is heavy on things adults can study in church -- after they get some life
experiences under their belts. (And yes, I've heard sermons from a struggling
HVAC repair man which were 100x more intellectually stimulating than
the typical Episcopal or Methodist home movie monologue from a seminary
graduate.)
Yes, when you think about it, not many people have had positive experiences in school when they were younger.

Do not project binary thinking into solutions for State problems where unwarranted.
