Today we're reaping the benefit at the Company of a well-planned open enrollment period. The preparation has given us a breather after a number of very challenging weeks. All the architecture, processes, and so on that are part of any rollout were done In Good Order and we’re pleased to watch the new people come in.
People who bring fascinating expertise and perspectives.
One is a senior multiphysics Ph.D. engineer who works in the field of aerospace kinetics, an extraordinary niche of competence.
A former war crimes military attorney, skilled with defense of individual rights, called by his interest in the coming launch of the Tribunals.
An Ivy League juris doctor now engaged as Dr. Marat has taken up the Standard as our newest Community Division Fellow with focus on the Tribunals.
Our Faction Officer and Faction Leader for Ohio are engaged on network development apace, despite fourteen children between their two families. A rather powerful example of what the Company is all about in real practice of ground dominance.
Integration of Militant CORE proprietary Company education with better established levels of the Movement have brought a rather smooth continuity to the effort.
What are you working on in your life to bring to bear as focused delivery of vision?
Do you have a mind trust you can throw ideas against, and watch them curl to the floor in crimsoned ribbons by minds better than yours at one thing or another?
It’s a very good idea to have that sort of backstop, especially if you’re the aforementioned black flag raiser who seeks revolutionary impact.
Most of your ideas will get torn to ribbons up front.
Those that eventually go into the field will get men torn to ribbons.
You can’t escape the learning curve. so don’t try to avoid it.
Find a way to understand and apply the flow of contested patterns.
Play chess, video games, poker… anything that stimulates structural “grok” or instinctive immediate comprehension of system states and their circumstances.
Seek others who have intelligence, humor, and cruelty in their refusal to give soft words and reassurance of ineffectual platitude.
Do you think the Company Financier has kind words for disappointing proposals?
Do you think the Relationship Manager is hesitant and passive with objectives?
Do you think the Community Division Fellows are idle thinkers during war?
You have to build, and you have to build hard, and you have to do it with your bloody ribbons on and ready for more evisceration.
When your ideas suffer survival from those razor eyes, you also have consensus on modes and methods that are unlikely to provoke either warning or preparation on the part of the Adversary.
To witness this is also fulfillment and pleasure for the professional.
To see a brilliant attorney go full lawfare Ouroboros on the postwar international order in a breathtaking act of clinical cruelty, is a thing indeed to be glad of.

Yes, indeed these are things to give praise to God for His bestowal of it all.
We are no longer simply author and audience, you and I.
We’ve moved past that fertile soil long ago, and now the Company that rose from that soil and moves beside us as a potential behemoth lifts a bit, here and there, and we see some of the internal structure developed.
Why an open enrollment process, not simply a “launch” of “product”?
Because we are turning out ranks, not merely satisfying consumers.
In keeping with the demands of hierarchy, order, and beauty that I have spoken of here, we also ensure that each new individual within our Militant CORE program has the correct attention and monitored advancement.
They are all woven together, you see, behind the scenes.
Armies that aren’t woven together in this manner aren’t really armies.
And that’s the important thing for you to think about.
Do you need armies, now?
Wouldn’t it be nice to have one?
How about being part of one?
It takes the mental trust.
It requires harsher, sharper, crueler minds than yours that can see what you see and thereby hone and prune and slice and dice, brother, until what you step forward with is as sharp as dark imagination can make it.
Ideally these men also provide spiritual ribboning as well, but that is a topic for another post, another time. You’ll need them as well, don’t forget that.
It’s often said that the way to great ideas is to have a lot of ideas. Most will be terrible. Once in a while, a workable idea comes up; even rarer is a good workable idea, worth investing into to see where it goes. Then there are the crazy ideas.
“Let’s form a commercial fascist revolutionary entity that breaks the rules of the game in time to exploit the collapse of the old order and seize conscious redirection of human fate.”
Certainly workable, isn’t it? Been done lots of times before.
One might argue that all of history is more or less repeated examples of exploited old order collapse and redirection of fate; not a black swan in history has been otherwise.
Is that a good idea?
At this point, with the culture and heritage, legacy and future prospects of the native people of the West under dreadful siege and winnowing away, one might credibly argue that there’s nothing else that will stave off existential disaster.
Is it worth investing into, to see where it goes?
Are these not fair questions of us?
Those questions are answered by Open Enrollment, aren’t they?
By formally moving into this space, this strange and unusual foray by a Company into the Duty of the State, with all the accoutrements of the Movement and Factions and projects like Silver Talent to seize critical continuity industries…
It’s definitely different.
It’s not what I thought it would look like in many ways; but in many ways it’s exactly what I and the men of the Cadre and the Movement knew was required.
Something new, something true.
Something not done before, something Men can stand fresh behind and fight.
Like a black flag with a Standard, rippling in a new wind.
