The Leadership Problem

Solution for persistent failures on the Hard Right.

The hideous march of the globalist Left is now halted on multiple fronts.

Observably driven by what the Tree of Woe brilliantly and correctly identifies as a segmented polycephalous ideological network, and by the simplicity of the default Leftist process of “when in doubt, destroy”, their march has conquered half the Earth since their unbridled pursuit of hegemony following the Nuremburg declarations that opposition to their new world order was inherently criminal.

Be that as it may, nothing lasts forever - including the dominance of unvirtuous men willing to sell the lives and souls of their peoples and nations for the privilege of elitist power and primogenital succession.

The Right has not helped this, in part from the inherent strength of this globalist system. As the Tree of Woe notes:

Organized programs like Youth Leaders of World Economic Forum make sure everybody important is trained in the right assumptions. Public schools indoctrinate the next generation in the right assumptions. The ever-narrowing Overton Window on social media leaves us free to say whatever we wish, as long as its based on the right assumptions. Powerful companies like Facebook, Apple, and Google vigorously compete, except when they come together to promote the right assumptions.

The existence of the Global SP(I)N analysis also explains why so many efforts by the Right to “make America great again,” bring back “morning in America,” set up a “contract with America,” and similar movements in other countries, all fail. It turns out to be impossible to seize control of a SP(I)N piecemeal.

If any one segment gets co-opted by dissidents who move it into new ideological directions, the other segments stop cooperating with it; the lack of cooperation renders the dissenting segment powerless. If necessary, the other segments cooperate against the dissenting segment, shutting it out of economic opportunity, online presence, and so on.

How further impossible it is for not just the Right, but the Hard Right to achieve the mass, momentum, and trajectory required for deviation of their nations from this well-entrenched and systemically dominant control!

It’s not helped by the inappropriate character of the leaders that have risen.

For the purposes of this post, we’re not going to examine the failures of the Reagan renaissance, Newt Gingrich-style contracts, or the MAGA movement. For as indicated above, those are not viable paths.

It’s simply not possible.

When the Adversary is global and controls the game board, you have a choice.

Remain within the rules of the game, said rules also being within the purview of the conquering party, and stupidly lose - or upend the board, and break the game.

You have to decide to hit the man with glasses, and hard.

They will crack and they will break if struck properly with savage focus.

John Carter in Postcards from Barsoom aptly characterizes the leaders on the opposing side of the board at this sharply decisive time in history:

In every one of our countries, the public mood is similar: these people are terrible and we want them gone. This isn’t a matter of the nominal ideology of any given political party. In America you have the senile crime boss, technically a liberal. In Canada you have the substitute drama teacher, also a liberal. In the United Kingdom you have the jug-eared gamma male, supposedly a Conservative. In France you have the gay investment banker, in theory a ‘centrist’, whatever that even means these days. In Germany you have that nonentity of a balding numpty, who’s supposedly ... honestly who cares. In country after country the incumbents are calamitously unpopular. Which, after decades of declining living standards and a tightening ratchet of micromanagerial tyranny, isn’t surprising.

Breaking the game is absolutely and unequivocally necessary at this point.

Certainly there are macro indicators of this taking place. The rise of BRICS and the Global South, not to mention the special military operation in the Ukraine by the Russian Federation, deprecation of the petrodollar, and other leading and lagging indicators are all objectively observable as both rejection of the so-called rules-based-order and also of rejection of the offensive received wisdom of financial and cultural supremacy on the part of the West.

That said, if the Hard Right wishes to do something other than wait for America to collapse and their new Russian and Chinese rulers to arrive with diktats designed to save them - a foolish concept - the Hard Right must equally refuse the rules, the game, and tip the board into the dirt.

There’s plenty of raw material at hand.

Millions upon millions of fighting age males are turning to the Hard Right across both North America and Europe. It’s evident in the recent European Parliament election results, and in the fact of the younger Generation Z (rather aptly referred to by Vox Day as “Generation Zyklon”) becoming more Right with each passing year.

Destroy a people’s future, and they may or may not rise.

But they will definitely hate you.

Hate’s a funny thing.

A wise man named Dusan Djukich once said that everyone is concerned about all the hate everywhere, and everyone thinks it’s a problem. But that’s not the case.

Hate often gets a lot of good things done. Hope just sits there.

Scripture doesn’t proscribe hate; God is known to hate; and there are commands to hate the sin, yet not the sinner.

The Hard Right’s greatest sin is refusal to raise and follow a leader with correct mind, correct heart, and correct deed in the face of the giant task of overthrowing the entire board. The dearth of such leaders is what cripples and prevents success.

It is far less of a follower problem than a leader problem.

Men will follow the strong horse in bad times. Bin Laden was quite right there; and history has proven this correct beyond question. One can temporize about the problems with cults of personality or totalitarian systems, but such fluttered academic concern does not obviate nor remove this essential reality of human nature.

So what is the strong leader problem the Hard Right faces?

There are many. Each of them bears capability to hamstring an effective leader on the Hard Right. Together, and especially in concert, they are devastating obliterations of capacity to cohere the Hard Right into competent march.

All are solvable. None are insurmountable for the correct leader able to hammer past and cohere the raw human capital of Men into an instrument of Heaven that secures its fallen mandate.

It does take correct understanding of the leadership problems.

The first, and most dreadfully prominent, is ego.

We’ll discuss duty and balls as well; these essential ingredients of the strong man.

The paradox of ego in the leader comes from the willingness to stand apart, to be separate in a very real sense; to rise in full acceptance and knowledge as one who bears both burden and privilege.

Privilege, prerogative, and ego are very tightly tied to vanity and pride. Narcissism and the grandiosity associated with it are also known facets of leaders, just as Machiavellianism and psychopathy are demanded and necessary.

Management of these things for enterprise success in noncooperative terrain - this rigged game of ours, dominated by a conquering and cynical rule-breaking hydra - is quite literally impossible without the harsh regulation of duty and burden acceptance.

Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but nobody wants to lift no heavy-ass weights.

Ronnie Coleman’s quote captures that spirit of regulation perfectly. And one may correctly observe that the burden of uniting the Hard Right into a Movement, capable of both overthrowing our corrupted board and subsequently facing the vengeance of the Global South and its hegemonic leadership with parity, is absolutely an Olympian task that demands a champion.

Champions do the work.

It’s not surprising that vanity and pride are so markedly observable in the self-declared and self-promoted leaders on the Right. One strata comes from the astroturfed and manufactured figures like Ben Shapiro or the conservative “e-thot” of the month. Ticket-taking, vanity, and egos of both the managed and the concealed managers are really what that’s all about.

“It’s about money, Ivan!”

Yes, and they take great pride in their money and its generation.

Nothing wrong with that. One may as well complain about the rain, and the desire of established farmers to maintain their crops and herds.

It’s in the natures of Men, and that is not going to change.

Duty is also where Hard Right leaders have failed.

They have failed to put the needs of the Movement above their own aggrandizement, seeking to be seen as thought leaders, sparkers of controversy, or other manifestations of desire to be apprehended by the public as special.

This lack of burden ownership and sacred duty performance is made more difficult by the absolutely profligate garbage of social media influence, where chasing likes has higher priority than long suffering, training, and execution across every demanded discipline.

Nick Fuentes is one example among many today, and the ugly dependence of cheap leaders upon personal snark is not up to the colossal task of forging nations.

The Hard Right needs strong men of principle, not tiny vapid jesters.

The successful leader of the Hard Right must have significant enterprise leadership experience, complete understanding of execution of vision, mission, strategy, and operational excellence across his full sphere of accountability.

Otherwise his ship will crash, and his passengers will sink.

This is not a question of charisma or brilliance or presentation. It’s a sharp and nonnegotiable question of corporate competence; for the Hard Right above all things today is not corporate.

Corporate and corporeal both come from the Latin corpus or body; the reality of the coherent entity, composed of many, is the meaning of corporate here.

This is a very difficult thing to surmount.

A man who assumes leadership on the Hard Right instantly falls afoul of the segmented polycephalous ideological network of the Left; not only is he faced with the ogre on the other side of the game board, but by entering the contest he is removed from all other contests, and so are any who dare welcome him back after failure.

Therefore the strong leader of the Hard Right must throw away the scabbard, burn his ships on the shore, and do so with fulfillment of sacred purpose and infinite burden of duty as his adamant, unstoppable, and permanent driving force.

He must live in prayer for the heavy-ass weights.

And such men, who have lifted the heavy weights of professional careers, rising to the apex of their profession in the global corporate arena, are the most loathe of all to throw away their scabbards, burn their ships, and throw themselves into an almost impossible battle to overthrow the board and break the game that sustained them.

They must be willing to shatter the place where they keep their stuff.

We at the Company are those men.

There is a secret to this.

It does not take impossible bravery.

It does not take unstoppable strength.

It does not take brilliant genius.

It benefits from all these things, but what it requires above all else is this:

Absolute fealty to sacred purpose and existential determination to bear duty of the State.

There is no other way.

There is no alternative in this time, or any time.

There is no possible choice in how this manifests on Earth under Heaven.

There is only this criteria, augmented by all others, necessary for absolute victory.

We in the Movement understand these truths.

Our call to action to you is to understand these truths yourself, and to recognize and follow these leaders. They are there, and we train and raise them, and we serve as the vanguard of the Movement with every thought, word, and deed focused on our duty.

Breaking the game is what we do and why we are here.

This is our sacred purpose.

The Hard Right cannot win otherwise.

We are not a Party or a Church.

We are the Company, and these are our values:

Fuck you, pay me.

Fuck you, earn it.

Fuck you, fix it.

Fuck you, find out.

No parley, no quarter.

Serve God, and live well.

From simple participation in the Movement, determined with Black Flag, into training with Militant Core, through Warlord of Heaven and into Kurai No Sanko and our Hagakure Kan assets, we are fully devoted without restraint.

We are non-state actors in the Third World War, and we have no pity for evil.

If you would break the game, you must be equally militant.

The Third World War is your chance, and you will not get another at this scale in your lifetime. Forbear it, and your children will have no chance at all.

Ever. For that is the design of evil and the gluttonous target of the Adversary.
